A cyber emergency plan includes:

• tasks to be initiated from the moment an incident is detected (reacting to cyber incidents and their consequences - no preventive tasks),
• measures to restore (backup & restore),
• emergency contacts, and
• reporting chains including the "shore" emergency response team.
